First ever live sermon podcast! This is a message I was given the opportunity to preach at my local church a few weeks ago. Micah 6:8 tells us specifically what it is that God requires of man, or you could say, what He wants from us. The more filled we are with the knowledge of His will for our life, the less time we will waste with things that are nothing but a distraction. God’s commandments are not burdensome, and He is not unreasonable. His yoke is easy, and His burden is light.

Half-Pod! What does it mean to be willing?

Oh boy. Abortion. What a topic. I’ve been sitting on this one for a while. For some people this is a back burner issue politically. For others, it takes moral precedence over almost all others. Others still fight for and celebrate the progress made in providing this opportunity to women. Fair warning, this is probably the most sobering and serious podcast I’ve ever done. It is also intense and age appropriate. Let’s get into what the heart of God is on this issue, what the Bible says, and what the answer is to some tough questions.

Half-pod! God wants you to know His will for your life, and to simply do what is right in front of you to do.

God is the God of all comfort. The Holy Spirit is our Comforter. He wants you to be comforted in every area of your life so that you can minister that same comfort to others who are in affliction. Get comfortable, and press play. No pun intended.

A prayer we should all pray. We all have human weaknesses to deal with every day, and Satan is our adversary, attempting to use those weaknesses against us like gravity. But if we will live in the protection of God’s Word, He is well able to keep us from falling.
