Galatians 6:2-3

Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ. For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself.

We deceive ourselves when we think that we're too good to support and hold up one another. Not helping each other when we're weighted down with various troubles makes us a nobody, because we're not fulfilling the law of Christ, which is to love God and love one another as we love ourselves.

John tells his disciples and he also tells us, that since we are from God, we have overcome the people and the spirits that are attached to the world. The reason we have overcome the world is because the Holy Spirit Who lives in us is greater than the spirit of antichrist and its influence on all things connected to the world.

This Verse of the Day which comes Colossians 3:12 - 17 focuses on us, as believers in Jesus Christ should see ourselves as part of the body of Christ.

Today's Verse of the Day comes from Romans 8:11. The Spirit of God Who raised Jesus, raised us as well.
