  • Very Cold Lasagna Ep.153 - AFC West 2023 Season Preview: Can Anyone Step Up to Chiefs Kingdom?

On this episode, Dylan starts the AFC half in Part 5 of 2023 NFL Season Preview Month. Kicking off with the AFC West, Dylan looks at a division that was supposed to be competitive last year; however, instead everyone except the Chief team that's been on top of the division imploded, and saw the team in Kansas City win another Super Bowl. After another offseason of headlines within this division, will there be an actual challenge to the King of Kings of the NFL? Or will it just be the same song and dance for the AFC West for the last seven years?

On this episode, Dylan goes down south for Part 3 of Very Cold Lasagna's 2023 NFL Season Preview Month for a look at the NFC South Division. A surprisingly awful year of play from the whole division in 2022 could possibly get worse this year, as the retirement of 7-time champion Tom Brady not only leaves tons of questions for his old team but also the rest of the NFC South teams that are full of quarterback concerns of their own.

  • Very Cold Lasagna Ep.149 - WWE Money in the Bank 2023 Review: Main Event Jey Sinks The Tribal Chief!

On this episode, Dylan reviews the 2023 edition of WWE Money in the Bank. Taking place overseas in London, England at the O2 Arena, it was WWE's first PPV in the United Kingdom since the 2003 Insurrextion PPV and was hoping to make a good impression with a PPV themed around the Money in the Bank ladder match. While both the men and women were featured in the titular bouts for a guaranteed title contract, the show was centered around The Bloodline: Civil War, as Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa battled The Usos in the latest chapter of pro wrestling's most intriguing story. Who would stand stall in this Civil War? Who would be crowned Mr. and Ms. Money in the Bank? Dylan discusses all of this and more in this review!

  • Very Cold Lasagna Ep.147 - WWF King of the Ring 1998 Retro Review: For the Love of All Mankind

On this episode, Dylan once again goes deep into The Old Icebox for a special retro review of WWF King of the Ring 1998 in honor of the show's 25th Anniversary! Held in Pittsburgh, PA at the Civic Arena on June 28th, the show is most notable for the Hell in a Cell match that pitted The Undertaker against Mankind. That match would feature not only two of the biggest moments in WWF/WWE history but perhaps everywhere today: Mick Foley being thrown off the 15ft Cell, and then going through the Cell roof moments later.

While the Hell in a Cell match is the most oft-talked part from this show, there were other matches that need discussion. Also featured was the first-ever First Blood match, which saw Stone Cold Steve Austin defend his WWF Championship against Kane in the main event where the winner must make his opponent bleed. Elsewhere, there was also the namesake King of the Ring tournament, in which semi-finalists The Rock, Dan Severn, "Double J" Jeff Jarrett, and Ken Shamrock all competed for the crown.

On this episode, Dylan reviews the debut episode of All Elite Wrestling's new Saturday primetime show Collision. Airing on June 17, 2023, the first show was headlined by CM Punk's first appearance since the controversial All Out post-show media scrum in September 2022. What would Punk have to say after such a long time away? How would the rest of the show turn out and try to immediately differentiate itself from Wednesday Dynamite? Would it be a hit or a miss right away for AEW on Saturday night?

  • Very Cold Lasagna Ep.145 - AEW Double or Nothing 2023 Review: No Surprise, This Was Explosively Flat

On this episode, Dylan reviews All Elite Wrestling's 2023 Double or Nothing PPV event. Taking place on May 28, once again at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, the expectations for the annual May event were not exactly high for many of its fans due to a lack of focus and direction heading into the show. Dylan discusses whether those concerns would be justified or invalidated come showtime in Vegas on that Sunday night in this review.
