“Civilian companies do like to hire based on technical skill or hard skills.”
“We didn't realize that the veteran is able to positively influence the rest of their team or their group where everybody else has to bring up their ability and really start improving results.”
“It's really the leadership in the individual at the top.”

“I also believe that everything rises and falls on leadership, and the great leaders really have to influence people for generations.”
“The three things I know if you're going in entrepreneurship:  1.) Attend the Boots to Business class 2.) Please reach out to me or reach out to somebody that's a veteran and have left the military so we can kind give you an accurate picture of what it really might look like. It's not always roses but it's not always a bad spot either  3.) Be financially prepared.”
