🌍 En este nuevo episodio del podcast quiero hablar de un tema que a todos nos acompaña cuando estamos lejos de casa: la comida. Para muchas personas, probar la gastronomía local es un must en cualquier viaje. Descubrir nuevos sabores, platos y tradiciones culinarias es, sin duda, una experiencia en sí misma.

Pero aquí va una pregunta interesante: ¿qué pasa cuando viajamos por un período largo, tal vez tres o cuatro meses seguidos, sin pausas? ¿Seguimos con las mismas ganas de probar cosas nuevas todo el tiempo? ¿O empezamos a extrañar la comida de casa? Esa que conocemos de memoria, nuestra comfort food, los sabores que nos resultan familiares y nos hacen sentir en casa, aunque estemos lejos. 🍽️

En este episodio vamos a charlar sobre el significado de la comida cuando viajamos y sobre la relación emocional que tenemos con lo que comemos.

🌍 In this new podcast episode, I want to talk about something that always comes with us when we’re far from home: food. For many people, trying the local cuisine is a must on any trip. Discovering new flavors, dishes, and culinary traditions is an experience in itself.

But here’s an interesting question: what happens when we travel for a long period of time—maybe three or four months in a row, without breaks? Do we still feel the same excitement about trying new foods all the time? Or do we start to miss the food from home? The food we know by heart, our comfort food, the familiar flavors that make us feel at home, even when we’re far away. 🍽️

In this episode, we’ll chat about the meaning of food while traveling and the emotional connection we have with what we eat.
