Our second episode of the season we discuss "Being not available". Honouring and protecting your energy by saying "NO". We discuss people pleasing, saying no to things/people that don't fill your cup. We talk about being aware of who and what you give your time and energy to. Its so important to choose you first and ensure that you are around people that fill your cup, raise your vibrations, align with you and overall feel like "SUNSHINE". Choosing you is a form of self-care & self-love. Keeping in mind you should always give from your over flow.

Welcome back VIBE fam, we are so excited to bring the first episode of season 2. We enjoyed a good break and we are back into it. This episode we discuss navigating through relationships when one person is growing and the other isn't or not at the same pace. Sometimes we go through seasons in our relationships and feel not aligned. We want to share that this is normal.
