Why do good people keep getting taken advantage of? Is it really because they're "too nice"... or because they confuse kindness with unlimited access? In this episode of Vibe N Affirmations, G sits down with Mary for one of the most honest conversations yet about boundaries, grace, potential, chemistry, self-respect, and why so many of us stay in situations long after we've seen the truth. We talk about why people test boundaries, why chemistry can be more dangerous than potential, why hope sometimes turns into self-deception, and the difficult balance between being a giver without becoming a doormat. If you've ever struggled with saying no, letting go, forgiving someone who disappointed you, or believing someone could become who they promised they'd be... this conversation is for you.
✨ Affirmation of the Day "I honor my heart by honoring my boundaries. I can be compassionate without abandoning myself, and I trust myself to choose who has access to me."

Host G examines how dating and conflict make us question ourselves and whether we change to grow or to fit someone else’s story. Through candid dating anecdotes—being labeled "too New York," asking for clarity, and learning to sit with feelings—she highlights growth through intentional responses rather than reactive emotion.
The episode explores vulnerability, protecting your integrity, and the difference between authenticity and accessibility. The main takeaway: release the need to manage others’ perceptions, choose curiosity over assumption, and prioritize relationships that stay long enough to understand you.
G tackles the charge of being “better” and shows how accusations often reveal the accuser’s insecurities, not the confident person’s intent.
Through affirmations and real talk, she distinguishes boundaries from arrogance, celebrates emotional discipline, and urges listeners to stop shrinking themselves to make others comfortable.
On this episode of Vibrant Affirmations, Genesis takes over as host and leads a candid conversation about vacation preferences, friendships, boundaries, and controversial opinions. The guests discuss hotel must-haves, one-night stands, travel styles, forgiveness, loyalty, and personal "icks," along with playful rapid-fire questions about favorite places and habits.
Expect laughter, blunt honesty, and real talk about how long it takes to forgive, what makes a friendship meaningful, and what they love (and dislike) in partners — all while sharing travel memories from Puerto Rico, Cartagena, and more.
Host G reflects on three intense weeks of love, heartbreak, and personal growth, choosing to remain open while setting clearer boundaries.
Through honest self-questioning, grace, and discernment, G explores how to stay true to yourself, keep integrity, and let clarity guide your relationships.
Host G and Guest Katya are childhood friends, join them while they drink and pull questions from a bowl in Spanish, sharing candid stories about sex, toxic moments, jealousy, and red flags.
Funny, raw, and honest, the episode mixes spicy anecdotes with real advice on boundaries, self-worth, and navigating modern relationships.
A lot of the time, it’s not confusion… it’s influence.
In this episode, we’re getting real about what autonomy actually looks like and how easy it is to lose yourself trying to be liked, understood, or accepted.
Because the truth is—
We talk about overthinking, ego, and why you keep questioning yourself when something feels off… even when it’s not about you like that.
And more importantly, what it looks like to stop overanalyzing everything and start trusting yourself again.
If you’ve been second-guessing your decisions, trying to make sense of situations that don’t feel right, or shrinking to keep the peace… this one’s for you.
I am the authority of my own life.

Not everyone who’s close to you is rooting for you… and that’s a hard truth to sit with.
In this episode, I’m joined by Mav as we unpack the real difference between jealousy and envy—because they are NOT the same. We get into how these emotions show up in friendships, relationships, and even within ourselves… and why people aren’t always honest about what they’re feeling.
We talk about:
This conversation gets real about insecurity, self-awareness, and the importance of keeping people around you who genuinely celebrate you.
Because at the end of the day…
Hosts G and guest Emily aka China dive into how deep loss reshapes empathy, emotional capacity, and the way we show up for others.
Emily opens up about her experience with sudden bereavement, navigating life as a single parent, and the reality of pushing forward while carrying grief. Through her story, this episode explores what happens when your pain changes how you relate to other people—and why everything doesn’t feel the same anymore.
Together, they unpack emotional labor, boundaries, and the tension between wanting to be empathetic and not always having the capacity. From vulnerability and accountability to the quiet guilt of not feeling moved the way you used to, this conversation keeps it honest.
Because sometimes…
And that doesn’t make you a bad person.
This episode is for anyone navigating their own healing while still trying to show up for others—without abandoning themselves in the process.

This week’s episode is a little different.
Vibe N Affirmations officially turned one year old, and it made me stop and reflect on something I don’t always allow myself to do… acknowledge the journey.
For a year now I’ve been pressing record, sharing my thoughts, my opinions, my reflections, and honestly figuring it out as I go. And if I’m being honest, I almost didn’t celebrate it because I’m always focused on what’s next. What more I could be doing. How much bigger this could be.
But someone reminded me of something important.
Consistency for a year is honorable.
Being your own coach for a year is honorable.
Continuing a mission that sometimes feels one-sided is honorable.
In this episode I talk about what it really feels like to build something from scratch, the quiet moments where you question yourself, and the courage it takes to keep showing up even when it feels like nobody is watching.
If you’ve ever been building something quietly, chasing a goal, or learning how to motivate yourself when the support isn’t always loud, this conversation is for you.
Because sometimes the biggest growth happens when you simply decide to keep going.
Thank you for being here for one year of Vibe N Affirmations.
Stay solid, celebrate your progress, and keep vibing.

Each episode dives into the conversations we’re all thinking about but don’t always say out loud — from love, boundaries, resentment, and healing to self-worth, accountability, and the messy process of becoming who you’re meant to be.
With a mix of humor, cultural insight, and honest reflection, Gee breaks down relationship dynamics, emotional patterns, and the lessons that come from real life experiences.
If you enjoy podcasts that blend relationship talk, self-development, and culture, Vibe N Affirmations is the space where those conversations meet.
Because sometimes the most important conversations are the ones that challenge how we think about love, growth, and ourselves.
Humans… stay solid, keep growing, and most importantly — keep vibing.
