Marten's passion for music starts at the early age of 13 as a hobby, but now he plays an important part on the Bulgarian music/club scene, as one of the most progressive DJs, fusing Funk, Disco, Nu Disco, boogie, broken beat and deep house. He played at most of elite clubs as: Chervilo, Ginger, SofiaLiveClub, Blender, Yalta, Culture Beat, Gramophone, Cacao, Spartacus and many more in the capital Sofia and other cities . Hosting his own show called FUNK THE DISCO in collaboration with DJ ILKO ( 3-o-5 ), every Sunday on radio NOVA ( 13h CET ). FUNK THE DISKO is one of the most appreciated events on the club scene in Sofia. Vassi definitely is one of the most talented, and trusted DJs in Bulgaria. With a father DJ Vassi grew up in clubs breathing and living music from his yearly ages. His carrier began when he was 10 years old, when he won a local DJ competition. Through the years he’s been playing in all good clubs around Bulgaria. In 2008 he was picked up among many foreign DJs to play in La Familia, located in Ibiza. In 2009 Vassi became an official resident of Lolas club, and had a gig in the famous DC10 club. He used to be a DJmag resident on the Bulgarian scene and had appearances on all major SEEME festival stages. From 2016, Vassi is resident of Flash club Bansko, awarded for best night club in „Restaurant & Bar Design Awards“. He played together with Kristian Beyer from AME on Horizon Music Festival took place in Bansko, also with James Zabiela and many more. His groоvy tech house sound will make you dance till the early morning.
