I share a secret guilt and regret that I've carried with me for years. One that I can no longer make right with the person that it impacted. It's now all an inside job to be able to use that experience as a way to fuel myself forward. How I can take my biggest regret and make it my biggest growth opportunity? Sometimes our actions aren't pretty, self judgement is a real thing that could cripple you - it has me. The ego is a tough thing to face.
