In this episode, I’m joined by my best friend and amazing retreat assistant, Sophia Barri, for a day-by-day recap of our most recent EVOLVE retreat in Joshua Tree, California.

Sophia and I first dreamed up this retreat back in October while at Red Rocks, vibing to LSDream and CloZee… and just four months later we were dancing in the desert on mushies, diving deep into healing, participating in powerful Native American ceremonies, and being our absolute silliest, trippiest, funniest selves—alongside 12 other incredible women.

This was my 17th retreat, and honestly it was one of my all-time favorites. The group was a perfect blend of returning and new women and it felt like a reunion of lifelong soul sisters.

As I said on mushie day: if you were at a music festival and lost all your friends... these are the women you'd want to adopt you for the night.

The creator retreat is my only mixed-gender retreat, and in this episode we also explore the importance of balancing masculine and feminine energies, and how men and women can learn from each other and heal together.

In Part 2 of my Conscious Creator retreat interview series, I'm joined by two of my incredible retreat attendees: Auntie Bree and Brittany Bento. We dive into their experiences at the retreat so far, breakthrough moments, and what really goes on behind the scenes at my creator retreats.

Auntie Bree is a past life regression hypnotherapist specializing in channeling past lives, ancestral healing, and inner-child work. She's also a tarot reader and professional Reiki healer.

Brittany Bento is a medium, channel, and martial artist. She offers professional readings and has a deep passion for all things spiritual.

One unique aspect of my retreats is that we give creators the opportunity to lead workshops. In this episode, Micaela Mariner joins us to share about the beautiful “Receiving Love” workshop she facilitated. Micaela is a hypnotherapist, spiritual mentor, and an absolute gem of a human.

I also bring on one of my incredible facilitators, Tito (Tribu), to talk about ecstatic dance and the powerful ceremonies he creates for my retreats. Tito is a gifted musician, DJ, and space-holder from Costa Rica, and it's always an honor to have him as part of my retreat team.

Once a year my BFF Latha Jay and I host an invite-only retreat for creators, coaches, artists, and entrepreneurs. At our 2024 retreat, I interviewed all of our attendees over our 8 days together in the jungle.

Hi guys! I'm back with another collab episode with Madi Maple. Get ready to hear allllll the tea from our recent EVOLVE retreat in Costa Rica. 

If you've followed me for a while you'll know that when I'm not talking about psychedelics on the internet, I'm hosting spiritual retreats for women called EVOLVE, and retreats for creators/entrepreneurs called the Conscious Creator retreat. 

Madi and I created our EVOLVE retreats for spiritual festival girlies. They're a mix of deep healing, ceremony, and wellness, with a fun, festival vibe.

Yes, we created the exact retreat we'd want to attend.

And yes, it is PERFECT, and magical, and amazing, and life changing, and SO FREAKING FUN. Our EVOLVE community is the best community in the world.

The Burning Man 2024 tea you've all been waiting for. Ur welcome.  

In this Breaking Butterfly x Vibing Higher collab episode, Madi and I share all the behind the scenes stories from this year's burn, plus some stories (mainly dumb things we've done) from burns we've attended in the past.

Also, as I've learned through my "controversial" Burning Man tiktoks (lmao) Burning Man is incredibly misunderstood online. You've probably heard a lot of crazy stories about Burning Man, some true and some absolutely not.

In this episode we also answer some of your burning questions, including: is Burning Man just one big orgy?? How do you dance in those demonias? Can we join your theme camp? and more. 

At the end of the day, to truly understand Burning Man and what it is... you need to go experience it yourself. I always like to say that Burning Man, much like ayahuasca, is like being in a different dimension while you're in the real world. 

If you've been on the fence about going to Burning Man, please take this as a sign that you should 100000% make it your mission to go one day.
