Listen in as we discuss the complexities of Pastoral Ministry. Pastor David takes us on a journey of success, encouragement, and other relevant issues that pastors face
How do we lead people to not only celebrate our VICTORY in Jesus but also our brokenness? Do we allow people to sincerely focus on our brokenness and lament to get us to acknowledge our standing in the presence of GOD?
Today we embrace the biblical charge to Transition effectively. As Paul states, we must die to ourselves every day. This applies to aspects of our lives, ministry, leadership, and relationships. We must embrace and encourage the transitions that God intends for us to grow. I'm going to say it, "CHANGE" is necessary and biblical. In this episode, we discuss the importance of understanding biblical transitioning in our lives, relationships, ministry, and leadership.
In this episode, the interviewers become the interviewees. We address consumerism, entertainment, and an assortment of troubling situations that the pastor must face and lovingly redirect. How do engage people to be in the presence of the Lord? Much of the problems we deal with is our desire to search for our preference rather than thirsting to be in the presence of God.

What story does our dash tell? How well did we STAY in life and our ministries? Listen in and join us on this discussion of working towards the TRANSITION.
Pastor Russell takes us on a journey through his multiple years in ministry and personal life. He illuminates the Start, Stay, and Stand down elements that are what every pastor, layperson, and congregation experiences and explains his experience on navigating these aspects.
