Vibrational Tonic Sleep Sounds

Relaxing sleep/study sounds

Please enjoy!

This rain white noise comes from a couple audio clips by Sound Jay, plus some sounds created by Vibrational Tonic. Bring joy into the world through your creative self-expression as you listen to the soothing blur of summer rain mixed with ethereal bells as it falls gently onto the forest floor. An enchanted summer.

This is probably my favorite white noise composition yet. Its got wind sounds, icy rain and deeply thunderous thunder.

Very happy with how this came out.

Please enjoy!

These Binarual Beats come from a collection of Binaural Beats in book form by Benjamin East called ‘Harnessing the 5 States of the Brain.’

When composing these Binaural Beats, I used Adobe Audition to create the tones, and to make sure that the beats were separated into their own channel for maximum effectiveness.

I always start with a base frequency on the left channel of 7.83 Hz as an homage to the earth’s natural harmonic resonance, aka the Schumann Frequency.

The HZ frequency noted in the thumbnail is the actual Binaural Beat, so just add that number to 7.83 and that is the frequency coming from the right channel in your headphones.

Please enjoy and share your experiences in the comments. As these are experimental frequencies without much science to support them yet, anecdotes are greatly appreciated to see if we can come up with a common thread of feeling for each Binaural Beat presented, and if they coincide with how they are claimed to function.

0.5 Hz

‘Epsilon Range’

‘extraordinary states of consciousness, high states of meditation, ecstatic states of consciousness, high level inspiration states, spiritual insight, out-of-body states, Yogic states of suspended animation, very relaxing against headaches, lower back pain, thyroid, reproductive, excretory stimulant, & whole brain toner.’

This is white (technically pink) noise for sleeping. Wonderful by itself, or paired with any other music for a deeper more restful sleep experience.

Rain and Thunder accompany this Binaural Beat, enhancing memory retention and a clear mind while studying, focusing, concentrating.

Binaural Beats laid within a thunderstorm to get in maximum creative, inventive genius mode.

Binaural Beats w rolling thunderstorm to aid in trans-dimensional meditation/travel.

Binaural Beats for mental strength while studying, trying to focus, or concentrate.

Astral Projection Meditation with Binaural Beats. Using one of the frequencies - 7.83 (actually in all cases for all the binaural beat astral projection experiments), the natural frequency of the earth, so that we can go as far as we want, and still have a light on at home to guide us back to earth and into our bodies.
