The Raiders had an up and down season, but making the Playoffs was a nice end to the season. GM Mike Mayock was let go last week and the team is looking to find a new GM. There are a lot of rumors surrounding Jim Harbaugh being interested in being the Raiders next Head Coach and Vic gives his thoughts on if he thinks that is the right move for the Silver and Black. And they talk about if there is a chance that Rich Bisaccia could get brought back to lead the Raiders next season.
