In this episode, we introduce key case law and academic commentary relevant to the concept of "vicarious liability" in the Welsh and English law of tort.

Utilising landmark judgments and salient textbook authorities, we consider common law requirements for establishing vicarious liability claims, as well as considering some limits which apply to this type of tortious liability.
