Justin Bruce reviews his favorite 31 jamming moments from 2025's Here and How Tour: Leg 1, which comprised 17 shows across 10 states in February and early March.

Nearly half of this 72 minute episode is Eggy improvisation; think of it as a sonic "Watercolor Days" painting of where the band is at at this point in time. As always, special thanks to the band for their permission to use SBD recordings on this podcast.

2025's Here and How Tour: Leg 2 continues from March through April in the Northeast and Southeast; check Eggy's tour dates and don't miss out if they're playing near you!

Justin Bruce welcomes first-time guest Brendon Holland to recap the January 10 & 11, 2025 shows at Tree House Brewing Company in Deerfield, Massachusetts.

Brendon is a professional videographer and recorded full videos of both shows and uploaded them to YouTube! N1 delivers a near-40 minute Figure It Out jam for the ages, and N2 garnered attention as the band infused a jammed-out Waiting Game with Phish's First Tube and elements of DWD and Chalkdust Torture.

Thanks to Al W. for the crispy audience recordings used in the numerous jam clips scattered throughout this episode. Listen to his AUDs of N1 and N2 and peruse his catalogue of recordings on his Archive.org profile page.

Justin Bruce welcomes Brian Wolf back to the pod to discuss our favorite Eggy covers. Next, we highlight cover sets the band has played over the years. Lastly, we sheepishly suggest future cover choices (starts around 1:08 into episode). This episode includes 31 Eggy clips, each about 1 minute in length, and 9 clips of possible covers, so kick back and relax.

Here's a Nugs.net playlist from Brian of most of the covers and cover sets we, um, cover in this episode.

At the end of the episode, Justin mentions the great Flowers on the Stage podcast, which recently published an episode with Alex, following Jake's appearance in January. Both are recommended!
