BTW: Me Too people also promote being victims, even without proof. William Ryan wrote a book about victim-blaming, I believe as a response to the Moynihan Report. Patrick Moynihan talked about the negro family and "the case for national action." It was a crisis that black out-of-wedlock births were at 24-percent in 1965.
