Lois Wagner is a resilience and forgiveness coach, speaker and facilitator who helps people move beyond adversity and create a life of greater freedom, purpose and possibility.

Natalie is driven by a passion to create a culture of productivity, she develops training, offers coaching and provides consultation that helps individuals flourish and organizations thrive.  The story is in the gap of a resume. Whenever you see a break a gap on someone's resume, realize that something happened in their life. It's not a sign of instability or a lack of work ethic. It's a sign that we are all humans that experience life to varying degrees that can impact our work history. 

Natalie has that story where a three-year gap in her resume is filled with divorce, miscarriage, pregnancy, a child being diagnosed with special needs and relocation. Despite that, she came back to victory by going to school, working her way up a company, and starting a business. There can be victory after being a victim.

Jennifer's BIO:

One moment I was living a perfect childhood with an amazing family and close friends. The next moment, I lost my mom very suddenly and had to adapt to life without her. Through family support and a passion for tennis, I grieved and made the best out of what life had given me.

Then I reached age 34. The same age my mom was when she passed. I was a successful sales professional and took my stress out in the gym daily. Again, one moment, I was running 5 glorious miles and my body felt amazing. The next moment, I just didn’t feel right. I couldn’t think clearly. I couldn’t swallow. I took an ambulance to the hospital, and the doctor confirmed it:

I had suffered a stroke.
