God loves you is not a catchphrase that we use to sound spiritual. It is reality and a revelation of our identity in Jesus. This episode encourages us to recognize the love of Christ and believe it. It is our sure way to enjoy our relationship with Him.

This episode is about forgiving self, because it is really easy to stay in a state of guilt and wallow in self pity instead of moving on. The future is better and brighter, however, it can only be fully enjoyed when the garbage is left behind.
