As God brings His people into a good land (vv. 7, 10) that lacks nothing (v. 9), He calls them to respond with worship and gratitude (v. 10: “and you shall bless the LORD your God”)—recognizing that every blessing comes from His hand and must lead to thankful worship.
Contentment in Him, even when we have just enough, prepares the heart for God’s promises. Worship and gratitude become our response when we encounter God’s faithfulness, not only when provision overflows.
