As race relations in the United States have seemingly reached an apex, the recent events surrounding the shooting of Jacob Blake have been a catalyst for, not just discussion, but now action in the world of sports and beyond. While this may be an uncomfortable conversation with Black men for some, this is a routine conversation for us.
