God makes a very strange request to Jeremiah. Get a girdle, put it one and don't wash it. Now He tells him to go to the Euphrates and bury it---why? I firmly believe there is a strong message to us in this story.

Praying in anticipation---looking, expecting, anticipating the answers to the prayers we pray. Anticipating the rise of the anti-Christ---it's near---BUT so is the coming of the Lord---anticipate His return!
