Victory Today

In Acts 12 James is beheaded but Peter is gloriously and miraculously saved. Why? Why is one killed and the other saved? If you have ever doubted what God can do you need to tune in today!

We talk about the day the Lord comes but what if it were today---are we ready? Are we prayed up, given up, witnessed up and ready? We now that no one---not even Jesus---knows just when but we sense it's soon but what if today were THAT day?

What to say to a loved one who says, "That Bible is just a book of Don'ts?" What to say when you mention the last days and they respond with, "People have been talking about that for years." The real horrible danger in our schools! The vicious attack on our children and what we can do about it.

When you have been on a long journey and driven for hours---and now you are only a handful of miles from your destination do you say, "Oh no we're almost there. Gee I wish we had another hundred miles to drive?" Yes things are bad and sad---but partner---we're almost there! Keep looking up He's coming!

Satan doesn't show us the end of his scheme when he sucks us in---but it NEVER is good. On the other hand, God shows us how the end of His plan turns out and it is great. Either tell me what's wrong with Jesus or serve Him!

The prodigal son was tempted BUT it is only when he decided to depart that the downhill slide started, Lot was living with Abraham, the father of faith, but he took his departure and ended up vexed (2 Peter 2:7) How did we get like this? We left God!

Remember when you were a child and daddy could do anything? Well He still can! With men these things are impossible BUT WITH GOD all things are possible. We are told "except you become like a little child"---that little child believed that daddy could do anything!

What difference does it make how God heals you? Instantaneously or through medical science---I just want Him to heal. Is your belief in Him solid? Do you believe He is able? Do you realize we win in the end?
