Col 3:1-2

1-Set your mind

2-Seek those things

As believers in Jesus Christ, we are chosen by God for His glory. ALL creation is revealing the glory of God, but sometimes as people who have fallen, living in a fallen world, we fail to glorify the creator of all these things, and want to worship the created thing itself, rather than the designer. Walking in humility is not accomplished by not shining the light God has given you in the way you were designed to shine it, but by walking in knowledge and understanding that it is GOD who deserves the praise for all He has created in His goodness. You were CHOSEN for glory, and we are called to submit to the way of Jesus, to love with the love we received from God, not in words only but in deed and in truth, and so LET OUR LIGHT SHINE BEFORE MEN, that they man GLORIFY YOUR FATHER who is in heaven.

In this message, Staying On Purpose, Jordan Fuller uses the Apostle Paul's story and the example of BARNABAS the "son of encouragement" in the book of acts to illustrate how we can stay anchored in our purpose to love God and love one another in THIS LIFE even in the midst of the challenges and the accusations the devil brings to every believer.

In this message, Love: The Most Excellent Way, Jonathan Baldwin shares the journey the Lord has had Him on for the last few years, leading him away from the snares of idolatry that sneaks into our christianity and robs us of the simplicity we are called to in the gospel. He shares a powerful testimony of a dream the Lord gave him to show him that the PRICE that Jesus, the precious lamb of God, paid for us to redeem us was still sufficient even for this part of his journey and the shortcomings of this new season. We are walking out our salvation and the Lord is leading us in His love and grace.

Sound biblical teaching from Pastor George Sarkodie on the HOLY SPIRIT.

We often misunderstand key aspects of the nature of the Holy Spirit and the misunderstanding can hinder how we relate to Him and submit to Him as the PERSON of God sent to seal us for the day of redemption. He is the One Jesus sent to lead us into all truth, to bear witness of all that Jesus is and has done for us, and to make our adoption complete by God. He is the One who pours the love of God abroad in our hearts and gives us a NEW BIRTH in perfect unity with The Lord. He is our comforter, our guide, and the one who empowers us to witness to the world who JESUS IS as the LORD OF LIFE, the saviour of the world, the risen Son of God.
