Being able to eat healthy is an act of love towards our body. Having snacks that provide nutrients and protein is healthy for physical well-being.

To create a nutritious and easy to make snack we can certainly choose gelatin. In addition, it provides the opportunity to be able to combine it with many other foods and fruits.

Jelly is a very nutritious dessert because it contains high contents of vitamin C. It is the dessert that par excellence helps to maintain a healthy diet. This food has high amounts of protein and collagen, this favors the health of the skin. It favors bone health, promotes proper digestion and helps the platelet system.

Today my daughter Elizabeth will be helping me prepare a delicious Pistachio Jelly dessert. Pistachios are one of the most beneficial nuts because they help prevent hypertension or cholesterol.

Ingredients:

In a saucepan place 280 c c of water until it reaches boiling point. Then add the gelatin and mix with a whisk very carefully.

Then add a glass of cold water to the mixture in the pot. Se deja reposar por 5 minutos, y se añade la mezcla en un bol para luego llevar a refrigeración.

While the gelatin is being refrigerated, proceed to peel the pisitachos. And grind them.

In 4 hours the gelatin will be ready! Add the pistachios on top of it.

Poder alimentarnos sanamente es un acto de amor hacia nuestro cuerpo. Tener meriendas que proporcionen nutrientes y proteínas es saludable para el bienestar físico.

Para Crear una merienda nutritiva y fácil de hacer sin duda alguna podemos elegir a la gelatina. Además, brinda la oportunidad de poder combinar esta con muchos otros alimentos y frutos.

La gelatina es un postre muy nutritivo ya que contiene altos contenidos de vitamina C. Es el postre que por excelencia ayuda a mantener una dieta saludable. Este alimento tiene altas cantidades de proteínas y colágeno, esto favorece a la salud de la piel. Favorece la salud de los huesos, favorece una adecuada digestión y ayuda al sistema plaquetario.

El dia de hoy Mi hija Elizabeth me estará ayudando a preparar un rico postre de gelatina con Pistachos. Los pistachos son son uno de los frutos secos con más beneficios porque logran evitar la hipertensión o colesterol. En combinación con la gelatina es un rico postre para degustar.

Ingredientes:

En una olla se coloca los 280 c c de agua hasta que logre el punto de ebullición. Posteriromente luego se añade la gelatina y se mezcla con un batidador con mucho cuidado.

Luego se añade un vaso con agua fría a la mezcla que esta en la olla. Se deja reposar por 5 minutos, y se añade la mezcla en un bol para luego llevar a refrigeración.

Mientras la gelatina se está refrigerando se procede a pelear los pisitachos. Y se trituran.

En 4 hora la gelatina ya estará lista! Se procede a añadir los pistachos sobre esta.

Hola amigos de Hive. El diá de hoy quiero presentarles un material audiovisual de los primeros pasos de mi hija Elizabeth Dona Obando tocando el teclado. Ella ha iniciado sus clases de música y hasta ahora está conociendo el lindo idioma de la música, sus diferentes símbolos y reconociendo además cada uno de ellos. Al igual que a su madre le apasiona la música.

Elizabeth es una niña que aprende muy rápido. En realidad. Debo decir que día día me sorprende la forma tan rápida en la que ha avanzado en una de las cosas que más le gusta hacer que es la música.

Hello friends of Colmena. Today I want to present you an audiovisual material of the first steps of my daughter Elizabeth Doña Obando playing the keyboard. She has started her music lessons and so far she is getting to know the beautiful language of music, its different symbols and recognizing each one of them. Like her mother, she is passionate about music.

Elizabeth is a very fast learner. She really is. I must say that every day I am amazed at how quickly she has advanced in one of the things she loves to do most, which is music.
