Después de varios días sin realizar mis rutinas de ejercicios mi cuerpo ya me estaba pidiendo a gritos entrar en movimiento. Hoy empecé a ejercitarme nuevamente y es increíble lo rígido que se encontraban mis ligamentos. Han sido meses de estar ejercitándome a diario, básicamente desde que me hice miembro de la comunidad fulldeportes, y me sorprendió mucho ver qué tan rápido se puede involucionar cuando dejamos de estirar nuestros ligamentos y de trabajar nuestros músculos.

After several days without doing my exercise routines my body was already screaming for me to get moving. Today I started working out again and it's amazing how stiff my ligaments were. It's been months of working out daily, basically since I became a member of the fulldeportes community, and I was very surprised to see how quickly it can regress when we stop stretching our ligaments and working our muscles.
