Dogs are known as human's best friend. In video games, this is no different. Join us as we chat about our favourite pooches in gaming; from Isabelle to Dogmeat, all the way to Sif and PaRappa! Can you pet these dogs? Find out in the episode, or follow @canyoupetthedog on Twitter, the lovely account we refer to that posts all about the dogs you can pet in video games - it's so wholesome.

Happy Mothers Day! At Easter? Yes! In incredible scenes, Lambo got ill with Covid so this episode is a few weeks late. But as we had it all planned out we didn't want it to go to waste, so here it is! Besides, Moms deserve a shout out on more than one day a year <3
This episode has every Mum character in gaming that we think are great, we talk about their roles in their games, how good a Mother they are, and even ask: would we like them to be our Mom? In an alternate reality of course, cos we'd never trade our Mums for another! Anyway, it's all light hearted and just a bit of fun, we hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoyed making it.
Much love to you and your Mum, and to you if you are a Mum 💜 you're incredible.

Kept you waiting, huh?!
We're beyond excited to share the resuited & rebooted UV Podcast - Re:Vault! In the first episode of this new direction, Mat & Joe have a lovely campfire-style chat about Metal Gear Solid 1, recall their memories of playing & discuss how the game was made. Then, in what may end up becoming messy in the future, we decide whether MGS1 deserves to be the first game to be inducted into our very own hall of fame, the UV Re:Vault! Spoiler: it isn't a hard decision.
Please enjoy and let us know your thoughts about the new format! Thanks for your support <3

Hello! We're back! After a 2 month hiatus, we're still alive and still Mat and Joe, aka Uncanny Valley - your brand new favourite gaming thing. In our fourth ever podcast, we have a lot to get through to make up for lost time, so listen to us discussing with our mouths what we've been playing recently, speak with our lips about what caught our eyes at E3, and then ponder with our lips and mouths about our favourite games of the year of our lord, 2019.
If you enjoyed listening, please give us a share and a sub and some love, and in return we'll do some more of these, send you a private video of Joe being sexy and love you right back. If you didn't enjoy, the same still applies, we're still good lads.

There are many more things we hope to do and achieve with AFK, and this is just the beginning <3

Hello! We made it to what all the kids are now calling it, TUVP Episode 2! Crazy. We're still Mat and Joe, aka Uncanny Valley - a brand new gaming critiquing type thing. In our second ever podcast, we discuss with our mouths what we've been playing recently, speak with our lips about why Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is such a great game, and then ponder with our lips and mouths about how Sekiro makes us think of our favourite stealth games of all time. Oh and most importantly, we debut our first regular feature - sharing heartfelt and lovely stories that catch our eyes in the games industry (classy name TBC) - in this inaugural segment, we share a lovely story about a kid who gets a surprise visit from Bungie, while in hospital. We dare you not to cry.
