An ambitious attempt to see the UK’s first ever space launch in January from Exmoor’s highest point (fat chance, it was miles to the south!). It quickly became clear that sleeping atop the beacon was a non-starter, as the wind was simply too strong, but in spite of it’s force, the visibility was good. The fabulously horrendous weather in the morning made any photography difficult, let alone filming, so it’s a little shorter than planned. To see more on the place, have a look at the links below

Un ambicioso intento de ver el primer lanzamiento espacial del Reino Unido en enero desde el punto más alto de Exmoor (¡ní hablar, estaba a kilómetros al sur!). Rápidamente quedó claro que dormir en lo alto del faro era imposible, ya que el viento era demasiado fuerte, pero a pesar de su fuerza, la visibilidad era buena. El tiempo fabulosamente horrible de la mañana dificultó cualquier fotografía, por no hablar de la filmación, así que es un poco más corto de lo previsto.
