Our Lord sends out disciples to prepare the way, and when they get excited about what they witnessed, He reminds them that it is more important to remember their identity as written in Heaven. We, too are called to me messengers, and our identity is more important than that noble calling.

I’ve been quietly working on something close to my heart, started five years ago, and today I want to share it with you.

I’m Writing a Book!

Mercy with Teeth: A Catholic Journey to Forgiveness and Healing Releasing soon.

We celebrate the Apostles Peter and Paul, who served the Church in their own ways, as Christ called them. Both sometimes errored, but Christ called them all the same. We, too, are called to proclaim the Gospel and build the Church.

Jesus promises the Advocate, the Holy Spirit and gives peace. He gives differently than the world, and the world cannot give the peace that is His gift.

Jesus appears a third time to some of the Apostles, and provides a breakfast for them. He restores Peter by asking some hard questions, and giving him a mission. The Lord is asking us the same question, and inviting us to be more that fans or followers. He calls us to be friends and family, and to show our love.
