Sir Geoffrey made his international debut in a 1964 test match against Australia. He accumulated large scores – he is the equal fifth-highest accumulator of first-class centuries in history, eighth in career runs and the first English player to average over 100 in a season (1971 and 1979).

After his playing career ended, Boycott became a cricket commentator on radio and television.

Originally from Seattle, Washington Lyle qualified as an electrical engineer before moving into real estate development. He moved from Seattle to Scottsdale in the late 70’s where he proceeded to develop some of the most prestigious private clubs in the area working with Jack Nicklaus to design multiple courses at Desert Highlands, Desert Mountain and Superstition Mountain.

Lyle first visited Loch Lomond in the summer of ‘93 where within one hour he had decided he wanted to become involved in the development of Loch Lomond Golf Club.

Duncan's passion for golf started early, playing from the age of five and attending tournaments where he could. His passion for tour predictions and golf betting stemmed from his father, a golf journalist for many popular UK broadsheets whilst he was growing up. He earned a scholarship to play golf at the University of Tennessee, then returned to Europe and eventually found himself coaching the game in Germany.

Lord established himself as a caddie working alongside Robert Karlsson, and in 2008, the Swede won the European Tour’s Order Of Merit and Lord was named caddie of the year.

Through his exploits with Karlsson, the Coventry man made himself one of the most highly respected caddies in the game, and in 2013 found himself alongside Henrik Stenson.

Bob Ford is considered one of the preeminent club professionals in America and among the most highly regarded people in the game of golf.

He spent 37 years at Oakmont as Head Professional where he followed on from Lew Worsham who had won the 1947 US Open, so he found himself following a US Open Champion into the position of Head Professional at one of the finest Clubs in America aged just 26 / 27 years old.

Bob qualified for the 1983 US Open, played and made the cut finishing tied in 26th.

He was also Head Professional at Seminole Golf Club.

Angela holds the role of Museum & Heritage Director of the R&A World Golf Museum where she has been for 25 years. Her role there is 3-fold; (i) looking after and running the museum (ii) looking after the collection at The Royal & Ancient Golf Club, and (iii) conducting heritage work on behalf of the R&A.

Tasked with the job of promoting Scotland as the Home of Golf – Allan Grant is the Senior Golf Manager for Visit Scotland and also Non Executive Director of Scottish Golf Limited.

Greg is a journalist and broadcaster who worked freelance for newspapers and magazines before joining the RTE Radio sports department in 1984, covering golf from 1991. Since then he has commentated on Ryder Cups, British Opens, Masters’ Tournaments and US Opens

Lee Westwood won the Scottish Open at Loch Lomond Golf Club back in 1998 and was ranked World Number 1 in October 2010 ending Tigers' five year reign at the top.
