Both are two of the same but with different impacts and affect people differently. There is a time and a place for both and both share great importance, but deciding what you deem as a better approach is entirely up to you.

We have the ability to change are moods as well as the moods of others. We understand the impact that our actions and decisions can make, both negatively and positively. And as much as we know ourselves and what makes us happy, we understand what we can do to provide the same effect for others but still choose not do so; at least not frequently anyways...

Dual Minded/Mediator mindset is simply being able to see things from both sides and find a solution to the problem at hand. It’s important to be able to see things from other’s perspective and put yourself in their shoes.

We often only seek things and feel incomplete when we aren't met with the things we want; but it's important to realize just how good of a position we're in by not having others things. The idea I try getting at in this video is what the title states, appreciate not having certain things in life and being content with the abundance of things you have now.
