Joy is the settled assurance that God is in control

Joy comes from living in the presence of God

Our Joy will overflow when we abide and obey

For the Joy set before Him He endured the cross

We find joy when we care
In order to care we gotta dare

New Years Resolution

Dear Lord, I make it my New Years Resolution to fight, resist and flee temptations. I will persevere, trust, and obey in test and trials, and remain joyful in all situations.

Give me your power, strength and Spirit to accomplish my resolutions and the grace to get back up if and when I fail.
