Berthoud Pass, on the Continental Divide, is crossed by Highway 40. The pass was best known as a ski attraction, and was one of the earliest ski hills developed in the state.

The Snowflake Museum in Jericho features the work of Wilson Bentley who lived his entire life in Jericho, and became fascinated with ice crystals, the building blocks of snowflakes.

Ranger's House appears as a rather austere, shabby, almost neglected looking building built at the beginning of the 18th century, on what was called ‘wasteland’ the area of land between Blackheath, that was common land, and the Royal Park of Greenwich. Montpelier, United States. Most ice cream is produced close to its market, often in urban and suburban creameries. Ben and Jerry’s though is entirely made in Vermont, and is shipped nationally in small cartons that have to stay frozen.

Paris (historical), United States. The international boundary begins its journey westward for 90 miles along the top of Vermont here, at the intersection of Halls Stream, and the 45th Parallel. The 45th Parallel here is also the northern property line of the original Ethan Allen Furniture factory, at Beecher Falls.

Newport, United States. A mile west of Derby Line is the community of Beebee Plain, which, like Derby Line, straddles the international boundary with Canada.

Marshall, United States. The former Battle Creek Sanitarium is now a federal office complex. It is currently used primarily by the Defense Logistics Agency and some other military and federal administrative entities.

Ealing Broadway, United Kingdom. Harry Lewis, led a multifaceted career, specifically during the 1930s and 1940s. His journey was marked by music, love, and service to his country, all of which played pivotal roles in shaping his life.

Los Angeles, United States. The old Bank of America building, downtown at 7th and Spring, was the Los Angeles headquarters for the bank from 1930 to 1972.
