Welcome back to the Views From Lot K! Max and Steve are back on a Tuesday to mix things up and talk about the ever growing offseason for the Eagles that got even better with the signing of CB James Bradberry. The Eagles are having a phenomenal offseason that has people rating them high going into the season, and it may be tied to Howie Roseman taking more leadership in his decisions (01:15). The Union may have drawn against Inter Miami, but listened to Jim Curtin and turned up the aggression for a 2-0 West Coast Win in Portland. Union fans had more reasons to celebrate as former Union starboy Brendan Aaronson was purchased by Leeds United, which seems a few million dollars going to the Union. Max and Steve reflect on what this sell on bonus means for the club, both short term and long term (08:15). The Phillies, of course, drop four games in their six game homestead and the bats are going quiet, right as the bats pick up. Max and Steve discuss what is going wrong with the team, the resurgence of Roman Quinn, and their trip away from home possibly being better than another homestand (22:20). Welcome back to the Views From Lot K! Max and Steve start with the recap of the Sixers Game 6 loss to the Heat, seeing the Sixers lose in the second round of the playoffs for the fourth time in five years (01:00). The Philadelphia Union played to a 1-1 draw against New York Red Bulls, despite having a man advantage much of the second half. Welcome back to the Views From Lot K! Max and Steve are here to walk you through the enigma that was Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals between the Sixers and Heat where Philly lost by 35. The return of Joel Embiid has been vital and 3 point shooting has put out the fire of the Heat's offense. WELCOME BACK TO THE VIEWS FROM LOT K WHERE WE STILL CANNOT GET OVER JOEL EMBIID WINNING GAME 3!!! Max and Steve do have to cover the sudden retirement of Jay Wright first as it sent shockwaves throughout the Villanova fan base (00:45). Next, they cover Game 2 and everything right the team could do despite Toronto's best effort. Tyrese Maxey and Tobias Harris continue their dominance and Embiid leads the way in scoring (08:00). Just when you think it couldn't get any crazier, the Sixers come back from a 17 point deficit to win in OT thanks to the best Joel Embiid three you will ever see. Max had no control over his limbs while Steve tried to call him down and describe how the Sixers won, despite an abysmal 24 turnovers. All credit to Embiid and Harris in this game as the Sixers look for Game 4 this Saturday (16:00). The NFL Draft is a week away as Max and Steve cover the names being floated around Eagles camp, including some trade rumors (25:15). Next, the Phillies continue their skid and questions start to fly about Joe Girardi (30:50).
