WE have a new member of the team

In this week’s episode, we joined by a new member of the team Joseph Koma. Started trading taking interest in trading in 2016.

He shares his journey to date.

We explore the coin toss experiment using a SoftFX Simulator. A cool tool for backtesting systems and to practice trading and risk management. It lets you trade real historical data.

The rules of our coin toss were system were

· Heads: Long

· Tails: Short

· Stop loss: 3xATR

· Take profit: 9xATR

· Risk per trade: 2%

· Hold the trade to profit or loss, No trailing.

Here’s the summary

Initial balance: $10 000

Total Trades: 40

Profit Trades(% of total): 11(27.50%)

Loss trades(% of total): 29(72.50%)

Larges profit trade: $621.00

Largest loss trade: -$226.80

Average profit trade: $522.74

Average loss trade: -$186.46

Maximum consecutive wins: 2

Maximum consecutive losses: 8
