Yoga practice with Caitlin Rose Kenney: This restorative class is designed to prepare you for a good night's sleep through breathing techniques and quieting yoga poses. Enjoy this practice after a long day's work, before dinner, or when you need recovery and replenishment. The practice opens with alternate nostril breathing, eases into gentle movement followed by poses to focus your energy, and is completed by long holds in calming asanas.
