We spoke with Vincent Mascolo, CEO of Ironridge Resources Ltd about today's RNS announcing their acquisition of Gold explorer, Tekton Minerals.

Vincent gives us an overview of the deal and says why he thinks it is going to benefit IRR shareholders old and new. He talks about the potential for the new assets and the team they are taking on which results in minimal dilution for IRR shareholders.

We discussed the soil sampling work that is ongoing and found out more about the trenching works. "Lots happening and lots to come" says Vincent.
