On today's episode, Sari talks to Kemet Coleman, part owner of Vine Street Brewing, Kansas City's first black-owned brewery. 18th and Vine is one of the most historic areas in the city, and Vine Street was very intensional with the location of their brewery. Kemet, a musician, creative, and devoted advocate for Kansas City's cultural identity and Woodie, a bold and adventurous award-winning home brewer, crossed paths at Boulevard Brewing Co. 

Together they've made history. Their vision is to create a vibrant and inclusive brewery that celebrates the rich cultural heritage of Kansas City and uplifts the voices of our community.
