Continuing our series, Phil shows us how Nehemiah turned his sadness at Jerusalem's destroyed walls into an effective strategy to rebuild them. We are invited to follow the same steps in rebuilding our lives and church in 2021.

Viv talks from Nehemiah 1 where we find Nehemiah distraught about the state of Jerusalem. He is real with his grief, takes it to the Almighty God in prayer and determines to do something about it.

God is not on pause. He is still working and we are called and invited to partner with Jesus - the Shepherd - as He pursues the one! Our Commission is still the same - our circumstances are just different. He wants to use all of us - including you - so don’t count yourself out!

Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbour as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.”

-The 2 greatest commandments Jesus gave us are to love God and love others. Thats it. In this world of uncertainty, struggle and loss, NOW is the time to be loving and serving the people around us.
