Vineyard Boise

This week, Terry Voigtsberger continues our teaching series Empowered Apprentices with a powerful message from Acts 3. As we witness the miraculous healing at the Beautiful Gate, we’re reminded that this isn’t just a story of physical restoration—it’s a picture of the transformational power found in Jesus’ name. God sees us in our brokenness, just as Peter and John saw the man who had been overlooked for years. But He offers more than momentary relief—He offers complete renewal. Terry challenges us to live as Spirit-empowered apprentices, fixing our eyes on those around us, moving with compassion, and boldly stepping out in faith. It’s time to shake off fear, disappointment, and complacency—and live fully activated by the Holy Spirit.

In this week’s message, Pastor Steve Wolford reminds us that we’ve been chosen by God, gifted by the Holy Spirit, and placed in the body of Christ for a purpose. Rooted in Ephesians 1:4 and 1 Corinthians 12, we’re invited to step past the invisible barriers—like the stubborn zebras in Pastor Steve’s story—and fully embrace the freedom and calling Jesus offers. As we pursue intimacy with God in the secret place of prayer, this message calls us to activate our spiritual gifts, walk in our true identity, and take our place in what God is doing through His Church.

In this teaching, Pastor Trevor explores the powerful meaning of Pentecost—not just as a historical moment, but as a present reality for every believer. Acts 2 shows the Holy Spirit moving with fire and wind, breaking barriers and uniting people. That same Spirit is alive in us today, empowering us to step out in faith and be vessels of God’s love and power.

🔥 Come, Holy Spirit.

Join us as we launch into Empowered Apprentices—a journey through Scripture uncovering the life-changing power of the Holy Spirit. From Genesis to the Gospels, witness how the Spirit shapes history and hearts. Discover Ezekiel’s vision of inner transformation, Jesus’ Spirit-empowered life, and the invitation for us to live as Spirit-filled apprentices today. This message calls us to hunger for more of God's presence, to live in holy anticipation, and to embrace a deeper, daily walk with the Spirit that fuels obedience and mission.

In a world filled with doubt and distractions, this message calls us back to the heart of true faith — a personal, life-changing encounter with Jesus. Through the story of Mary Magdalene at the empty tomb, we’re reminded that authentic belief goes beyond routine religion or head knowledge. It’s about knowing Christ intimately and passionately. Just as Mary’s past with Jesus ignited her unwavering pursuit of Him, we’re invited to reflect: Are we genuinely seeking His presence today? This message challenges us to move from passive faith to an active relationship with the risen Savior.

Discover the heart of God’s calling for your life in this inspiring message from Pastor Trevor centered on Peter’s journey with Jesus. From his first encounter as a fisherman to his restoration after failure, this teaching highlights the power of grace, the beauty of surrender, and the depth of God’s dreams for each of us. Be encouraged to embrace your unique purpose and respond to Jesus’ invitation—not with full understanding, but with a wholehearted “yes.”

Thomas doubted the resurrection—but his story in John 20 reminds us that faith doesn't require perfect certainty. This message from Pastor Trevor Estes encourages us to trust God's promises, even when we wrestle with questions. Through Scripture, we find daily strength to believe, knowing God meets us with grace in our moments of doubt.

Are fear and anxiety holding you back? In this powerful message from Luke 24, Pastor Brent Jones shows how Jesus meets us in our fear, speaks peace into our chaos, and empowers us through the Holy Spirit. Discover how to let Jesus into your fear, hear His voice, and receive the strength to move forward in faith.

Pastor Trevor Estes unpacks Luke 24:13–35, showing how Jesus meets us in our grief and disappointment. Even when we don't recognize Him, He's walking beside us—inviting us to name our pain, listen, and embrace His greater work in our lives. Enjoy!

On this Easter Sunday, we’re reminded that the resurrection changes everything. In a world full of brokenness, we hold onto the promise of new life through Jesus. Inspired by “Is He Worthy?” and the hope in Romans 8, we reflect on Mary Magdalene’s encounter with the risen Christ—and how it invites us to move from grief to joy, from doubt to faith. Enjoy!
