The two ways love can be measured is by our actions (what people see us do) and our words (what people hear). We can't do it on our own; we must ask Jesus to change our motives, help us speak honestly, and build others up.

First, we must believe the Lord accepts us so that we can receive His love. Second, we must accept others before we can love them. Instead of pointing the finger at other's faults, we need to see our own faults and their value to the Lord.
