As we start our journey through Philippines we will look at what the church was going through at that time and what opposition they faced. We will also face the question of how can we find joy in the midst of serving and suffering.

If you could describe church how would you describe it? If you could describe church only using the Bible, how would it describe it? Today we will be looking at what it means to lay down our ideas of church and to see what God desires for a faith community.

Communication is incredibly important and it's not always what is said, but how something is said. Today we will see that communication with God is a must for our faith and life. We want to be a church that can stand and say, “I am committed to prayer!”

The church is in decline in America and there are many different reasons why. Many believe that the number one reason for this decline is that those who follow Jesus are not taking the mission of Jesus seriously. Either they do not know what the mission is, or they don’t know how to live on mission. Today we will look at what it means to truly be on mission for Jesus.
