Yoga practice with Caitlin Rose Kenney: This 65-minute class was designed for a friend who loves the outdoors and needed to balance his active lifestyle of climbing, hiking and gardening. In this slow-paced practice you will stretch your hamstrings, do balancing poses and take twists to keep your spine healthy and mobile. The journey begins with a gentle joint release practice called "Leg Swings", peaks in a standing balance pose, and closes with a grounding supine sequence.
Recommended props: 1-2 blocks
Moves and poses to know: Leg Swings, Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana (Extended Hand-to-Big-Toe Pose), Tibetan Firing Squad Pose.
