Yoga practice with Caitlin Rose Kenney: This 50-minute class was co-created by Caitlin Rose and the 200-hour teachers in training at the Colorado School of Yoga. It's a dynamic solar class that intelligently prepares all planes of the body for Side Plank (Vaschistasana). You will fortify your core, legs, and arms in order to radiate like you never have before in Side Plank. Expect planks and lunges with a sprinkle of hip-opening and hamstring lengtheners.
Recommended props: 1 block
