Trevor Williams is a 10 year MLB Veteran, making his MLB debut with the Pittsburgh Pirates, spending time with the Cubs and Mets, and now is a member of the Washington Nationals.

Along with being a successful baseball palyer, Trevor is more proud to be a Christ-centered husband and father to their five children. Their family focuses on having their eyes fixed on Christ. Trevor is also a member of the Knights of Columbus.

On top of the baseball and family, Trevor spends a lot of his time running a non-profit called Project 34 with some college friends. Project 34 focuses on positively impacting the lives of those living with a Spinal Cord Injury, after Trevor's college roommate at Arizona State experienced a spinal cord injury sliding into second base in college.Trevor is such a humble and genuine man, and one of the most reverent men I have been around.

Ray is the founder of Catholic Athletes for Christ (CAC) and has been working in this ministry for over 20 years!

CAC is an apostolate that was born directly from St. John Paul II's creation of the Vatican Sports Office in the early 2000s. The ministry started with supporting Professional baseball players getting to Mass regularly, but has grown to serve all levels of baseball, the creation of the CAC Baseball Retreat, organization of NFL Team Masses at home and on the Road, and working directly with high school athletes and coaches.

Ray is truly a man centered on Christ as he guides this non-profit, and is regularly looking to find new ways to serve the athletes.

Grant is a Mental Performance Coach and is the Offensive Coordinator and a teacher at E.D. White High School in Thibodaux, LA.

Grant shares how his own mental performance struggles led him to the work he is doing now, and how an experience at the end of 2023 led to him making significant personal changes that are now a foundation for helping others.

Grant is a special dude who is willing to be vulnerable and honest in order to help others grow in their mental performance and trust in God.

J.J. Niekro is the son of Houston Astro Hall of Famer and the present club leader for wins, Joe Niekro, and the nephew of MLB Hall of Famer and legendary knuckleballer pitcher Phil Niekro.

J.J. recently retired from the Atlanta Braves organization, after signing with them as a Free Agent following his time at Florida Southern College, and playing at nationally known Tampa Jesuit High School.

J.J. is an amazing young man who his very passionate about his Catholic Faith. During our conversation, he shares the impact of losing his father, uncle, and grandfather all in a span of 100 days at the age of eight and how it continues to be a motivation in living his faith today. He shares the challenge of rehabbing from two arm injuries while chasing his dream of playing professional baseball. But throughout our conversation, he shares how his love for Christ is always first in his life above all.

Joe is a former professional baseball player who the Texas Rangers drafted out of high school in 2008. He went on to make his MLB debut with the San Diego Padres in 2014 and also pitched for the Dodgers and Mariners before heading off to pitch in Japan in 2017.

Joe went on to play for 13 different teams in five countries during his career, also competing in Korea, Mexico, and Taiwan.

Joe recently retired from the game of baseball and shares how his faith prepared him to be at peace with that decision and how God has called him to fully submit to his will.

Throughout our conversation, Joe shares many reflections on how his faith and baseball are intertwined, and how God used the game of baseball to shape him into the man he is today.

Matt is a veteran MLB Scout and Player Personnel leader of over 30 years. He began his career with the Milwaukee Brewers as a 19-year-old college student, then spent time with the Baltimore Orioles, Los Angeles Dodgers, and, most recently, the St. Louis Cardinals.

Matt has been active with the Catholic Athletes for Christ ministry for many years and coordinated all Masses for the St. Louis Cardinals in their ballpark on Sundays.

Matt is the father of three with his loving wife, has traveled around the world in search of the best baseball talent possible, worked with non-profits, and through it all, he shares how his faith has been at the center of it all.

Brady is a former member of the University of Dayton basketball program and a third-generation Flyer following his dad and grandfather.

Brady was the player of the year in his senior year of high school at Archbishop Alter, but unfortunately, his season was cut short due to COVID, with only a few wins away from a State Championship game.

Brady walked on to Dayton and eventually gained a scholarship and became a two-time team captain.

During our conversation, Brady and I discuss the impact of his Catholic School education, the mentors in his life, and we relive his highest personal moment in a Dayton Flyer uniform when he hit a clutch 3-pointer against St. Joseph.

Brady is a remarkable young man, from a legendary Dayton family, who has worked tirelessly to earn every opportunity and success he has received in his life.

Alex is the head coach of the Wright State University Men's Soccer Program after previous head coaching roles at Wilmington College, Defiance College, and Chaminade Julienne High School.

Prior to his coaching career, Alex was a standout soccer player for Carroll High School and Wilmington College, and is now in both of their Athletic Hall of Fames.

While Alex loves being a soccer coach, it is easy to see through this conversation that he loves being a husband and father even more.

Throughout our conversation, you see how his faith has been key to the life he has built with his wife Paige.

We also discuss what it was like to be the head coach of the Defiance Men's and Women's soccer teams at the same time, how he found his "Why" for coaching during that coaching stint, and how he has carried that "why" into all future coaching opportunities.

Alex is very vulnerable and honest about the highs and lows, the sacrifices, and the heartbreak that he and Paige experienced in their journey to having children, but the moment they met their son, they knew God hand-delivered him.

Roman is a member of the UCLA Bruins baseball team that went to the 2025 College World Series. Along that journey he was named the Most Outstanding Player in the Los Angeles Regional and was voted Second Team All-Big 10.

Prior to his time at UCLA, he was part of the USA 18U Team that won a Gold medal and was rated the number one player in his class in the State of California.

Roman embraces and celebrates his Mexican heritage, especially his appreciation for his family and the impact they have had on his life.

During our conversation, Roman shares how his faith has grown in college as he faced a more secular world at UCLA, and he had to take more ownership of his own faith. He also shares that as he has learned to focus more on God and less on himself, he has become less stressed, learned to "Trust in God's Plan", and been able to play the game of baseball more freely.

Chris is a former walk-on wide receiver for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. Through hard work and taking advantage of opportunities, he earned a scholarship and was then named a team captain.

During our conversation, we relived some top Notre Dame memories, and the importance his faith has played in his life, even when he may not have realized it.

We also discussed the theme of "Rota Fortunare" (The Wheel of Fortune), which his mom has taught him over the years, and the importance of keeping Jesus at the center of all we do.
