హర్షణీయం ‘వనవాసి’ ధారావాహిక లో భాగంగా, దేశ వ్యాప్తంగా 25 మంది పర్యావరణ పరిరక్షణకై పాటుపడుతున్న ప్రముఖులను , శ్రోతలకు పరిచయం చెయ్యాలని హర్షణీయం పూనుకుంది.

ఈ ఎపిసోడ్లో విశ్రాంత ఐ ఏ ఎస్ అధికారి డాక్టర్ ఈ ఏ ఎస్ శర్మ గారు , మనతో మాట్లాడతారు. న్యూక్లియర్ ఫిజిక్స్ లో మాస్టర్స్ డిగ్రీ తీసుకున్న , ఆయన ఎనర్జీ ప్లానింగ్ లో డాక్టరేట్ తీసుకున్నారు. టాటా ఇన్స్టిట్యూట్ అఫ్ ఫండమెంటల్ రీసెర్చ్ లో సైంటిస్ట్ గా పని చేశారు. తరువాత కేంద్ర రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాలలో ఐ ఏ ఎస్ అధికారి గా విశేషమైన సేవలందించిన ఆయన , ఎనర్జీ , ఫైనాన్స్ మంత్రిత్వ శాఖల్లో, ప్లానింగ్ కమిషన్కు సలహాదారుడిగా పని చేశారు. ప్రస్తుతం విశాఖపట్నంలో నివసిస్తూ , ప్రజా సమస్యలపై పోరాడుతున్నారు.

ఈ ప్రసంగం ద్వారా ఆదివాసీ హక్కుల పరిరక్షణలో తనకున్న ఆసక్తికరమైన అనుభవాలు, ఆయన సూచనలు మనతో పంచుకున్నారు.
