This week, Visibility 9-11 visits the topic of COINTELPRO in what hopes to be a new series on issues facing the 9-11 Truth Movement. "Left gatekeepers", dis-information specialists, agent provocateurs, and internet "trolls" all work to distract and/or discredit the fine work of literally thousands of good and caring Americans involved in 9-11 Truth. It is important to recognize the history of things our government has done which has violated every tenet of a free society. Featured in this broadcast is audio excerpts from a documentary by Adi Gevins titled Me and My Shadow: A History of the FBI's Covert Operations and COINTELPRO produced in 1976 during the time when the FBI's Counter Intelligence Programs were being exposed.Counter Intelligence Programs, or COINTELPRO, is one more example of the federal governments' raping of our rights. These abuses were going on during the 50's, 60's and 70's, and though they were prohibited by the Church Committee regulations, they have not ceased. They are alive and well within political groups which would seek to bring about truth, justice and accountability to our government. 9-11 Truth is no exception and activists need to educate themselves on the "dirty little tricks" our government uses against our rights to free speech and association. This week Visibility 9-11 welcomes to the program, former California state Senator Don Rogers. Don was born in Louisiana and is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a B.S. in Geology. He immediately went to work with an oil company following graduation for which he worked sixteen years in Louisiana, Mississippi and California.In the California Senate, Don was the chief patron behind the famous Tenth Amendment Resolutions to reestablish Constitutional government, States Rights and the proper relationship of the District of Columbia as an agent of the States rather than the States as agents of the federal government. Rogers is a strong supporter of the free enterprise system and Constitutional, limited government.Senator Rogers becomes the next in a long line of reputable and respectable people both in and out of government who are publicly challenging the official story of what happened on September 11th, 2001.

In this the 2nd of a 3 or 4 part series on the 9-11 Dust, Visibility 9-11 welcomes to the program Penny Little, producer of the new 9-11 documentary, 911 Dust and Deceit. One week after September 11th, Christie Todd Whitman stated that, "Given the scope of the tragedy from last week, I am glad to reassure the people of New York and Washington D.C., that their air is safe to breathe and their water is safe to drink.", even as the EPA had information to the contrary. In fact, the 9-11 dust was extremely caustic and in August of 2003, the EPA issued a report showing the changes the Bush administration made to the intial cautionary statements which were originally meant to warn the public of the dangers in the dust. These warnings were changed to reasurances and the public never heard the truth. These lies have resulted in thousands of people getting sick from breathing the toxic dust, and now, over 5 years later, they are dying. If you think our own government isn't capable of deliberately killing its' own citizens, think again.Penny has produced a powerful and brilliant offering to the body of knowledge surrounding the events of September 11th. 9-11 Truth cannot be ignored and the issues of the dust are no exception. This week Michael covers the historical precedence of a 9-11 style, false flag terror event in America. Using the PowerPoint presentation he prepared for their 9-11 class at Colorado Free University, Michael chronicles the Northwoods document and the Project for A New American Century's document Rebuilding America's Defenses from September of 2000 and how they relate to the events of September 11th, 2001.

Due to technical difficulties, Michael brings to the listeners excerpts from the Words of Freedom CD by George Flynn.
