There comes a moment when the desire to be seen stops being about attention…

and starts becoming about truth.

In this episode, I’m sharing a powerful experience from a recent breathwork journey that shifted how I see visibility, expression, and my role as a woman in this chapter of life.

What came through wasn’t about building a brand or being more “visible” in the way we often think about it.

It was something much deeper. A remembering. A connection to the women who came before us…and an invitation to stop holding back the parts of ourselves that are ready to be expressed.
