I’ve been an entrepreneur since 2007, which means I’ve done the whole “end of year review → set goals → break them into quarters → execute” cycle more times than I can count. As heart-led entrepreneurs, it’s natural to want to jump in and help when we see someone struggling. We believe we’re being supportive, generous, and kind. But here’s the truth bomb my mentor dropped on me: you can’t be a rescuer without making someone else a victim.
