Tully Cameron Banta-Cain is a former American football linebacker. He was drafted by the New England Patriots in the seventh round of the 2003 NFL Draft. He played college football at California. Banta-Cain earned two Super Bowl rings during his first stint with the Patriots.
Tully and fellow members of the NFL Players Chorus performed recently on the America's Got Talent, and advanced to the next round in August after singing the 1972 classic "Lean on Me" by Bill Withers. The group was so impressive that tough judge Simon Cowell challenged them and requesting an acapella rendition to better gauge the group's harmonization, and the brothers shocked everyone by their sound.
In this episode, we talk with Tully about his NFL career, the choir, Faith and their upcoming performance at the 24th Annual Super Bowl Gospel Celebration Wednesday February 8, 2023 in Mesa, Arizona
