As you get ready to start your NQT year you might be wondering what others will think of you. Will you have a really supportive mentor? Do you still have lesson observations? What other support will you get from outside of your school? What is different if you do your NQT year as a supply teacher?

In this episode we are joined by the wonderful Chloe Butcher, an experienced teacher, External Verifier (EV) and NQT Professional Learning Day lead. We discuss all things related to being an NQT and Chloe gives her expert inside knowledge on what you can expect from your mentor and EV, as well as some very useful advice that she would give herself back at the start of her career.
